Public cases require confirmation of anonymization before publication, so people can learn from experience while personal information is respected.
Consultation access follows permissions
Lawyers handle their own consultations. Law firms and the platform access records within their respective permissions, with audit records for sensitive access.
Clear retention periods
Messages and attachments are stored in the cloud for 7 days from the time they are sent. Locally cached content may remain. Save any materials you need to keep in time.

Can I browse without an account?
Yes. In the App, you can browse published public cases and lawyer profiles for your selected country or region without signing in. To start a consultation, sign in, provide your real name and confirm the applicable terms as prompted. Registration and consultation are available only to users aged 18 or over.
Does starting a consultation mean I have formally retained a lawyer?
No. Lawyer Consult provides a way to communicate with lawyers. Sending a consultation request does not create a formal engagement or representation relationship. Confirm the scope of services and next steps directly with the lawyer.
What materials can I send during a consultation?
Consultations support text, images and PDF attachments, with a maximum size of 20 MiB per attachment. Send only materials necessary for your consultation, and review their contents before uploading.
How long are messages and attachments stored?
Each message and attachment is stored in the cloud for 7 days from the time it is sent. After that, it can no longer be retrieved from the cloud. The App does not actively clear the local chat cache, so content already cached on your device may remain visible. Save any materials you need to keep in time.
Where can I check the progress of a case I have already entrusted to a lawyer?
Entrusted cases use a separate web portal. Ask your lawyer or law firm for the query link for your region. After verifying your identity details and an email verification code, you can view limited case progress information in read-only mode. This portal does not use your App sign-in session.
